Liquor World sells alcohol. All orders must be placed by an adult of legal drinking age. We may verify your age before completing an order and reserve the right to cancel any order where age cannot be confirmed.

We work to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, but we do not guarantee that every listing is error-free. Prices may change at any time without notice. In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the affected order.

Availability shown reflects our best current information and may change as stock moves through the cellar.

All orders are subject to acceptance. Payment is collected at the time of order and is processed securely by our payment providers. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order, including orders we suspect are placed for resale.

We deliver only where permitted by law and only to adults of legal drinking age, who must be present to receive delivery and may be asked to show valid identification. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Given the nature of alcohol sales, returns are generally limited to damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled items. Please contact our concierge within a reasonable time of delivery with details, and we will make it right.

Please drink responsibly. Never drink and drive. We encourage you to know your limits and to seek help if alcohol becomes a concern. By purchasing from us you agree to use our products lawfully and responsibly.

All content on this site — including text, imagery, design, and the Liquor World name — is our property or used under license and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liquor World shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any purchase made through it.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
